 A main part of the proposal is for each owner to have their own private villas on the hill at the top of the land ... Each can be built of the same simple design and materials as the main guesthouse. Included is a basic design that can be modified to better suit each owner's needs. MASTER BEDROOM: 10 x 13 feet with closet space, 2 windows both with views of the sea. EXTRA BEDROOM: 10 x 10 feet KITCHEN: 10x 7 feet counter tops separating spaces, rather than full walls LIVING ROOM: 10 x 15 feet open to veranda through trifold louvered doors on two 10 foot walls. SHOWER and TOILET room: 5 x 5 feet, with adjacent wash room. VERANDAS: 8x 30 feet and 6 x 30 feet, each with views of the sea |
